Terrible customer service. I paid over $700 to get something in before 8 am. Then, Fed Ex sent me a message saying they would deliver before 8 pm. Well, the event was during the day, so that was the reason why I paid for delivery before 8 am. When I spoke with someone on the line, he explained that he could not help me and had no resolution. He would not offer an apology, a refund, a credit. He simply was rude and did not seem to want to be picking up the phone.

This place is awesome! Great customer service, very fast and easy to print. The other companies said no to printing a few last minute custom products, but these guys said yes! And made it happen in a few hours! My favorite new printing spot! I definitely recommend!
