I received this pre-workout as a X-mas present and loved the flavor, energy, and pump. The pink salt works well with the pre-work not only a great taste but a awesome pump and usually I need lots of caffeine to keep me energized but yet RYSE works out perfect. Only issue I have is my skin itches sometimes but that's probably just me, defiantly worth it though. Will continue buying and trying out new flavors after I finished what I have now.

The pre workout works great personally and the protein tastes amazing, the only complaint is I didn’t receive the stickers I was supposed to in my order.

Some of the first supplements, especially pre and bcaa's I could stand cause they actually taste great. Protein is pretty good as well, but I think the strength is the pre, pump and bcaa's. My only criticism is it seems like a lot of products are out of stock consistently. Good and bad, means there is high demand, but unfortunately unless I stock up when in stock I run out and have to turn to different supplements/companies. Overall 5 stars with hopes that stock stays more consistent.

I'm 21 years old and have had somewhere in the range of 15-20 different pre-workouts. I've experienced all of the negatives from different ones, like the tingling/itchy feeling way too badly from the beta alanine, feeling my heart racing too much, and the "crash" I've experienced from some pre-workouts. RYSE redefines what a pre-workout is; the beta alanine and the tingle and itchy feeling is just right, you actually can feel yourself gaining energy while you're sipping on it, and the pump...OH MY THE PUMP...best pump I've ever gotten. I've always been the type of guy to lift weights for 45min-1hr and then do my 20-30min of cardio and leave. From the first day I took RYSE pre workout, I feel like I can lift for 2 hours if I wanted to; I always leave the gym energized and feeling good, not feeling like I am going to go crash on my bed. For anyone looking for a new pre workout, BCAAs, or protein, RYSE is your answer. You won't regret it.
