Lisa turned around my disappointment with receiving a product damaged in manufacturing by checking that the last remaining in stock was in perfect condition and then arranged a next day delivery. The item was required for a dear friend's 60th Birthday and really important to me. This was all done at very short notice and with genuine caring about my needs.

Very impressed with ROMPA quick delivery & well packaged parcel. Ordered 2 didgeridoo for children with disabilities, I am impressed with the quality of the didgeridoo's, each have beautiful individual decoration of raised paint spots and carvings.
