Avoid this company – Caught lying with false evidence!I returned an unused child's suit to ROCO because it was too small. They sent the suit back to me completely dirty, claiming it arrived that way. When I challenged them, customer service sent a warehouse screenshot as "proof". However, the photo showed a completely different return number than the one on my parcel! They used fake evidence to cover up their own mistake. Absolutely dishonest company and terrible customer service. Avoid them at all costs.
