Shirt runs wide. Horrible customer service!!!
BUYER BEWARE! This shirt is very wide! I knew as soon I opened the bag it would not fit me properly. I put it back in the bag it came in folded as it came and returned it. Here is where the bad experience comes. I return 2 shirts, never even tried on. The other item was a black studded tank top. The quality of fabric was not what I expected and it was a lot lower cut than what I would wear. Again, never even bothered to try on. I return the items and a few weeks later they are returned to me. The shirts were wodded up in a paper return bag. When I initially returned them they were folded and put back in the plastic they came in. There was a slip in the return-returned to me stating. "Do not qualify items are soiled. This product does not qualify for a refund." The shirts return to me were not soiled at all. I called to speak to customer service and was transferred to Martha who had rejected my return. Martha was rude and stated there was a big stain on the front of the teal tank and white makeup and deodorant stains on the black tanktop. She said she pulled up the picture of the stain on one of the tanks. I asked her to send me that picture and she then stated, she did not have the picture she just remembered very well. I had the shirts Infront of me and absolutely no stains. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she said he was gone for the day. I said, no problem can you transfer me to his extension and I will leave a message? She then told me he doesn't have a phone. I asked, how is that even possible? Martha says, he just moved offices and doesn't have a phone yet. I told her I would call back and speak to someone else. I called back twice and went to voicemail on the 3rd try I got Martha again. I asked for her supervisors name and after a pause she mumbled it. I asked her to spell it. I had to call back again and used the company directory to leave Jeffery Archer a voicemail.
