Initial communication about lamps arrival was prompt. I have yet to receive my lamps. Can’t get information on why it takes a month to ship when sent pictures of the product I would be receiving.

I was thinking about what light fixtures I needed for my ceiling until I saw this chandelier and I really love it especially at night when the lights are on, it has a very soft light.

My furniture has not yet arrived, the lamps received, the installation is a little complicated but the electrician I hired installed it smoothly, the chandelier is very beautiful, I'm very much looking forward to the lighting effect after the renovation, thanks to the customer service of HERMAN, they are very attentive to solve my problems, next time I will buy again.

This chandelier is a bit heavy and the electrician I hired to install it took some time, but overall very happy with it, it fits my cottage perfectly!
