I used the Rig Shark SMART Rod Tip last night, it was a replacement for another type of rod tip I lost. I can’t believe the difference, firstly it clips on and off, no need to attach a clip yourself using tape or cord which I hate. The light was simple and bright, I was slightly sceptical about the bite being indicated with the flashing red. I was fishing in the surf which I expected the movement of the sea to falsely indicate bites… It didn’t, even between the weed it was clearly indicating bites. I’m now going to buy another and do away with my original brand. Spot on bit of kit!!!
