I am typically a skeptical person when trying out supplements but I am happy to report that I had a great expierence with this product. I picked a night where my anxiety level was at a particuarly high and otherwise would have had difficutly sleeping. I am a 215 lb male so I took 1.0 mL of a 600 mg tincture. This product took about 20-30 minutes to take effect but expeirenced a noticible decrease in anxiety and feeling of relaxation. It helped me to achieve a quick transition to a restful night sleep. I would recommend this product and would encourage the user to experiment to find the right dosage for them.
