The snuzpod was not compatible with our bed, which I found out before I even opened the box. I went to send it back and their return policy requires customers to pay for shipping. After learning this I was planning to keeping it but when I opened the box there was a strong chemical smell. It was not worth it to me to put my newborn baby in it as it did not feel safe after this discovery. I ended up returning it but again reached out to see if something like this would be covered under their “faulty” product policy in hopes that they would pay for the shipping. But again, I was told I would need to find a carrier to have it shipped back. I am giving two stars (1) because the snuzpod advertises that it is the most compatible bedside bassinet (but it will not work with bed frames that extend beyond mattress and box spring) (2) their poor return policy requiring customers to pay for shipping (3) justifying concerning quality of product by explaining that the strong chemical smell comes from the packaging process which is still of concern (4) not covering cost of shipping for product that ultimately was felt to be unsafe by customer.
