Only negative feedback was that the delivery came before 11am when I indicated 6pm-10pm. The delivery was left outside my home in the rain and the box - containing other items - was wet. I had emailed Redman separately but have not received any response. Hopefully there can be better communication between Redman and Ninjavan in future.

Staff are friendly, helpful also possess knowledge of products. The only thing is the delivery fee. Most of the time hard to reach the minimum purchase.
