I have been ordering meals from RFG for over 5 years and they never disappoint. The food is delicious, helps me stick to my macros and is always fresh, Customer service is always solid as well. I rarely have an issue, but when I do they are responsive and take the necessary steps to fix it ASAP.

They have so many great options so you don't have to get bored eating the same thing over and over, like I normally do when I meal prep. I especially love the turkey bowl, it's got great flavor and is macro friendly, and the gogo bites. They are a satisfying tasty snack.
