definitely a spike in performance. feeling energized throughout my whole workout. it helped me come off of my dependence of weed to feel good. instead of clouding my brain I think positive knowing I can change it. my skin has cleared up my hair is growing again didn’t get a trim in years bro. just a regular line and fade.
