I requested my items be sent as quickly as possible as I was leaving on vacation, I received a phone call stating that they would be sent express and that shipping was being waived which was super nice and helpful. So, 6 out of 5 stars for customer service. The item I ordered was a backpack. I am very happy with the quality of the backpack and the design. However, it is quite heavy, for that reason I did not end up taking it on my vacation. When I was ordering I searched for the wt and could not find it, so I was unsure what I would find when it arrived. I love the pack enough that I will keep it, but the weight makes my wonder when I might actually use it.

If you choose to do this adventure, you will not be disappointed. Whether you like it or not, you are going to do things and see places that you have not done and seen before. Because this adventure is so out there and one of a kind, it is an experience you won't forget! Get wild, get crazy, and get going! Team Lair of the Golden Bear for life! Also, you get a sweet backpack that everybody wants and thinks is cool.

I ordered a Cotopaxi T-shirt and could not be more happy. It is the best fitting shirt I own and my new favorite.

As a skier, filmmaker and Utah resident, I always look for opportunities to work with companies that share our core values of social responsibility and environmental ethics. Here's what I think. Cotopaxi is newer to the outdoor gear market and it was a little bit risky for me to pay as much as I did for a coat. Here's the thing. It is probably the most well-made coat I've ever owned -- think stuff your grandparents bought, before everything was mass produced. It has a classic design, it's made of solid materials (no doubt will hold up for the 61 years!) and I helped pay for a cancer treatment. AND, it came with a handwritten note from Cotopaxi...which I thanked them for and found out that they employ refugee kids to help send out the gear and write notes. I think everyone needs to give Cotopaxi some biz and give other outdoor gear companies a run for their money.

Absolutely love it!!! I bought this for my partner and he's warn it everyday without fail! It's comfortable, robust and protective as well as stylish! The customer service at Cotopaxi is incredible and Liz has been amazing to communicate with. I'm so glad we found this brand and will buy a lot more from them in the future!!!

I ordered two shirts both as Christmas gifts. I ordered in plenty of time I thought to receive them prior to our first gift exchange on the 23rd. However, they didn't make it. The employees at Cotopaxi were so helpful and even credited me for the shirt that was not able to be given as a present on the 23rd. They overnighted the shirts, so I was able to receive them and give the one on the 25th. I really appreciate them owning the problem and making it right without me even having to ask! Very nice!

I love your shirts. Ordered 3 for Christmas and one shipped wrong. You sen me a replacement and sent the exact same wrong shirt again. I'm still waiting on the right shirt. Regardless, it will be resolved and the customer service rep has been very nice about it.

My family loves the quality of merchandise available through Cotopaxi. In addition we love how Cotopaxi merchandise is tied to great humanitarian causes throughout the world. Amazing to find a company with such great service, products and causes.

Unfortunately I have not been able to attend a questival yet. I think Cotopaxi is truly one of the best companies I have ever deal with. I imagine the questival event to be no doffwrent. I feel that everything involved with your company and the idea of giving back is simple and yet so effective and pushes me personally to want to help out and do more.

I just gave three Cotopaxi jackets as gifts for Christmas to my children and a daughter-in-law. They love them! I bought theirs online and I bought mine at the exhibition in San Francisco. They love the large backpacks too!

When I ordered 2 backpacks with 2nd day delivery and followed up by checking the delivery I was not happy! UPS showed 2 day delivery with pickup on a Monday but delivery on a Friday, hardly 2 day. I contacted Liz at Cotopaxi and she resent the backpacks with overnight delivery at no charge. These were Christmas presents and the response I received to my concern was handled exceptionally well. Thank you Liz and thank you Cotopaxi!
