90% of the time, it does not sense the wine bottle’s weight in the base of the unit, so it will not chill the wine bottle. I have to stand there and pick it up and keep replacing it into the unit, sometimes 6 or more times in order for the sensor to acknowledge there is a wine bottle in the unit. It’s maddening. And it took over a week for the unit to “update” the software. It took at least 20 attempts before it would allow the update. It was unusable before that. Overall, the technology of this device has a long way to go. Right now, I just feel this was a waste of money.
