We had a waterbed for 30 years and loved it. I was afraid I wouldn't sleep on a regular mattress, but this is wonderful.

i love the mattress, and the platform wasn't bad to put together... i did it by myself. all in all a very comfortable and attractive upgrade for me! i must admit that i got a quilted mattress cover (not the dreamcloud one, which is probably great) to put on top of the mattress, just as a protector, and also because i wanted that extra little bit of fluffiness under me. previously i had a memory foam mattress topper, and i loved it. not using it anymore, i am perfectly happy with my dreamcloud setup!
