I really like that the wheels aren't loud and the wheel cover and shoulderstraps are easy to use. The pockets are perfect for me, as I have 2 laptops to commute with as well as lunch and multiple badges and keys. I wish the handle was a little smoother, but it's ok.

The reason Why I bought is the weight I thought it is 1. 8 pounds Needed one for travel that ti ebut it is heavier than described. By TV I kept it because I needed one for travel that time. Regarding delivery it arrived on time
