The urn is absolutely stunning, exactly as presented on the website. It’s very unique — just like our mom was. We were a bit worried that the ashes might not fully fit due to its intricate shape, but thankfully everything fit perfectly. The shipping was also very fast. Overall, an excellent experience. The product arrive quickly, but I was surprised by the additional fees to receive the product as these were not clearly explained on the website. Also, while the package arrived dented in on one corner, the contents were not harmed along the journey.
