I shopped in store in Gympie the service was a 10/10. The assistant and help was fantastic. As a plus sized person it was the first time the clothes fit perfectly. I have shopped at lots of big online stores with terrible results. The Gympie store is my new favourite place place.

Shipping is always fast which I love and customer service has actually been very kind in sorting issues for me. Hate the returns policy and having to pay for an exchange though, that’s really hard for someone who struggles with sizes and I’ve found I’m not a straight size in their clothes depending on the style so it’s very hard.

This was my first order from Proud Poppy as I came across a lovely pair of pants at an op shop in Brisbane years ago. I used them as a guide to size and was wrong on 2 out of 3 items. A pair of pants were way too big and as they were a sale item cant be exchanged. so wasted money there. I sized down one size for the jeans, as the reviews said as they were on the large size. Unfortunately they're still too big and Ive sent them back to be exchanged which cost me $20 extra (so not a sale price any more). The shirt is lovely and excellent and the correct size. So given the discrepancy in sizing I wont be ordering any more.
