I think I'm 99% protein powder, egg whites, and applesauce at this point. Mid-November I ordered 10 boxes each of vanilla and chocolate microwavable protein cakes, with 2 cakes and glazes per package. I probably eat one a day as a breakfast, desert, or snack?? I'm genuinely obsessed, in a "am I now codependent on these wet muffin things" way. My friends really like them too. The customer service is so so sweet (they sent me two extra boxes of cakes for being a repeat customer) and the ease with which I make these and the love I have of the flavor knows no bounds. They're in the middle of a whole breakfast prep thing with washing pans and turning the stove on and just grabbing something and going -- once I wash the two dishes I used, put the milk back, and thrown away the little waste that was created by my love (the microwavable protein cake), I'm done. when I first saw it I thought these would be at least 350 cal per serving with a lot of added sugar and hidden artificial ingredients. surprisingly the net carbs are 9g and ZERO sugar... this is a perfect snack that will help me achieve my weight loss goals! my nutritionist loved it too and is referring it to her clients haha I'll buy more for sure! Bought both the vanilla and chocolate doughnut flavors and was not disappointed. They have a really good flavor and great replacement for sweet snack. Would recommend this product!
