Very helpful folks. Items really didn't work out for me. Everyone tried to help but apparently my phone case doesn't work with your charger. That was at bit disappointing and it appeared the thickness of the case was the issue. Really hoping you folks find a way to make it work in the future.

Hi PopScockets! I am a big fan of your products and have already placed several orders on your website. I definitely prefer to order directly from your website rather than other 3rd party vendors given that you have the widest selection of designs by far and that you provide amazing service. However, I do feel that your shipping costs are rather high, especially for smaller orders that are far below the $20 minimum. For instance, I placed a small order a few hours ago (order #: AMR01255507) because I realized that I needed an additional PopGrip Base for my second phone case (I already had a few spare PopGrip Tops and did not need to order any more). However, having to pay $3 for shipping on a very small $2 product just seemed excessive. Aside from that, I love what you guys do and I’m a very happy customer. Thanks!

Received an email saying my order had shipped. Contacted delivery company to check why it hadn't arrived given I paid for express shipping. They told me Popsocket only created the guide but still hadn't submitted my order to them.

I absolutely love your business and your products! I've seen a lot of similar products on other sites like Amazon, and even though they have BTS on them (which my daughter loves), I don't buy it unless it's from your company site. Plus, the customer service I've received has been wonderful and very helpful and professional.

Excellent customer service, completely resolved my concerns . Please be aware - it’s not plastic! since this is natural shell over time there will be some wear to the surface and finish, and should be expected. If this is a concern for you stick with a faux (plastic) finish.
