I like the taste of my new water and how easy it was to assemble the filter. The only thing I don't like is that the tap gets lose quite often and the water starts licking. It seems hard to get it to be set in one position.

After lots of agonising I decided to try a Phoenix filter and have no regrets. Great customer service and great tasting water. The 6l is perfect for our tiny kitchen and family of 3.
