I'm Andrew and not sure where to write this but I just want to thank you all for being the company you are. I would say 90% of all I own is Patagonia. I buy all my stuff second hand to try and recycle and due to a big family . I work in construction and put my clothes thru the ringer and back and due to its durability it last a long time and I can wear it knowing everything about was made out of consciousness for our planet so once again I want to just say THANK You for being you . My family has bought Patagonia products for decades. Not only are their products top quality, but so is their customer service, commitment to excellence, and commitment to their guarantee. Today, for the first time, I had several products needing repair. Robert Daniel helped me, and could not have been more accommodating, responsive, or fair. He repaired two items on the spot and gave us a credit to replace one item that is not repairable. He also made it clear that if the repairs did not last to come back. Company quality and service does not get any better than this. Patagonia is the benchmark, and Robert exemplified it.

I have just been chatting with one of the phone reps and they recommended me to comment here. I have a few of the recycled wool button down shirts (STY50785FA19) and after wearing one single shirt 4-6 work days per week, for over two years straight, this recycled wool shirt is still going strong. Its lightweight and durable, breathable and also very warm. The arms are long enough and the belly not too overwhelmingly large, it holds my slim frame perfectly at 5ft 9 in and 134LB. Simply put, It's not an ideal climate where we live to wear cotton, it just rots and keeps the body cold. We are outside most of every day. Please do consider bringing back one of the most legend products ever made- Seriously solid! Cheers guys!

Love my cool daily LS in PKLX. Please bring back non graphic UPF shirts in this color! I probably have at least a dozen cool daily shirts-love them and wear throughout summer even when temps are well into 90s. Periwinkle has become my unexpected favorite color.

I love these snow pants. Just looking and touching the garment you feel the quality. Just the right number of pockets. I bought a large and there is plenty of room for a lower body base layer and tucking in an upper body base layer and a wool sweater. I might have been able to get by with a medium size.

I always take a large or maybe extra large when buying a jacket. Orderd a extra large ..it's cut way to small! Very disappointing fit.
