The staff is extremely helpful, patient, and friendly and will answer all your questions before you buy and will never pressure you into a sale. Their website is meticulously organized; I love it. Bravissimo! Great Service and Beautiful Instrument
Working with Pat at Violin Pros is one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I was hesitant to purchase an instrument at a distance, but after reading the store history and reviews, I thought I would try. After finding the instrument I wanted on their website (Scott Cao 017 4/4), I called Pat to place an order. He was extremely helpful and pleasant. My order shipped via UPS with tracking. It arrived within a week in perfect condition already set up. I am a new adult learner with small hands. After a few days on a full size instrument, my teacher and I discussed trying a 7/8 size to be more comfortable. Pat called the manufacturer for me, had it shipped to Violin Pros, set it up, and shipped to me. Again, I had my new instrument in just over a week from my phone call. My only extra charge was paying return shipping with tracking for the original instrument, which is entirely reasonable and clearly stated in their 10-day trial period policies. Violin Pros accepted it back, no problem. All of this effort is especially admirable in that I was purchasing one of the more affordably-priced instruments in the line. It is so refreshing to do straightforward business with a kind human being. I highly recommend Violin Pros, and will return and refer people in the future.

This site is super easy to use and organized. Thank you for not cluttering pages. The pictures are detailed and helpful. My favorite aspect of this site is the ability to listen to the violins via video! Great idea! We are going to love our new violin. Thank you
