I hate to leave bad reviews. I work in customer service, I know we get busy and have a bazillion things to do. The bosses always more and more from us. However, when you place an order online, communicate with your customer if there is an issue. I ordered 3-wheel center caps. I got the delivery pretty quickly. I was impressed until I opened the package. There was only one wheel center cap. However, I was charged for 3 of them. I called the dealer, didn't get the guy's name. I was on hold for a reasonable amount of time. He came back on the line and informed me that the other two center caps were in the customer pick up bin. I found that odd since the dealer is located in Texas, I am in Palm Springs, CA. He apologized and said that he was off on Monday, would talk to the boss, and have them FedEx on Tuesday. Ok, no big deal. I accepted it, hung up. Didn't think anything about it. Here it is a week later, no parts. I called the dealer again, I spoke with Miguel. he put me on hold for a reasonable amount of time, came back on, said the parts were on the desk and would be sent out on Tuesday. Where have a I heard that before. I asked Miguel how they would be sent, he responded with either UPS or FedEx. I just feel that someone dropped the ball somewhere. The parts aren't life or death thank God. Had they just called, texted or a quick email, I would have been happy. But if you don't mind tracking down your own parts, they are a great online service to use. They are very professional on the phone. Just need to be patient when getting your parts. I hope to see them next week.
