After ordering online, never got a confirmation after two weeks. I called their parts department two times before I was able to get an answer they could give me no tracking information. Wouldn’t recommend them.

I placed an order for parts online and I noticed that the status has not changed after 3 days. I called the dealership and as if the salesperson was surprised that I have placed an order. Only then did the status change to processing and i was promised it will be shipped after 43 days. After another 5 days, the status remained unchanged. . I called again and was told that the Shipper has not picked up the part. i cancelled the order!

The only way I will buy Infiniti parts from now on
