Nice tone quite clean but still gives that brightness and shinier to the blonde. Sometimes mix it with 000 to get even clearer tone.

Iv brought the opening package as a new business to O &M and have really had no contact from a rep or educator and if you want people to work with your colour correctly and not experience any hiccups I would expect an educator atleast to reach out and give the essence of use of your brand.
