the 3 day anti-inflammatory cleanse
the 3 day anti-inflammatory cleanse was great. The green juice wasn't terrible :) a few of the juices were thawed by the time they arrived but it worked out.

A Great Phast
I so enjoyed my Phast experience! I've tried several different programs out there. Some brought to me by patients, some to help patients and motivate them through their experience, and nothing compares to the high quality ingredients of The Phast. Love, love, love that it is all organic ingredients. It's amazing to feel the benefits of a 5 day fast and feel your body experience those positive anti-inflammatory changes and optimization while enjoying functional foods that feel so good and nourishing to your body. I know I will be incorporating several of these nourishing detox programs regularly. It's such a significant difference in eating whole foods versus highly processed packages and powders; the body quickly tells you which it prefers. The ease of delivery and grab and go made it so easy for me to do even during busy clinic days, just had to make sure everything was thawed out in time. The Phast sized individual serving containers actually were really awesome to have to take in to work with me. Day 3 can often be the toughest out of a 5 day fast for my body but I felt so nourished and sustained with nutrient dense foods I experienced no detox side effects alongside hydrating and enjoying the golden milks and bone broths.
