Customer Service (Ammi) was outstanding. There was a glitch in my order and she resolved it immediately. She was quick to respond and got it worked out with a cheery attitude.

I never received an email saying it shipped, so I was in limbo until it was delivered. Being a company I never dealt with before I was concerned that you weren't legit.
