Faultless customer service
Four years ago my son was gifted the gorgeous Darryl Dog at his birth. He has loved Darryl so much we bough a second one. Unfortunately, recently Darryl went missing. On realising his return was unlikely I contacted OB Designs to see whether they or their stockists had any Darryl's in stock as he has been retired. The wonderful staff at OB Designs not only contacted their stockists but suggested an alternative and offered a significant discount so that I could purchase a replacement for my son. I have bought OB Designs products for a number of friends and my own children because of their quality and fast shipping. I now add their excellent customer service and empathy to the list of wonderful skills the staff at OB Designs display. Thank you for helping my little boy have a new friend.

Long time buyer
We've been purchasing Ob Designs range since my daughter was a baby so over 4 years. The quality is second to none, always soft and designed well. The kids love their Big Hug teddies and their blankets will be kept long after they grow up and passed down to their own children. We have also owned the buntings and others jingle toys. The ladies are always so friendly and happy to help too.
