I was steam rolled by
I was steam rolled by the salesperson into buying things that were not suitable for my needs and which I wasnt ready to buy and when I came back a couple of days later to return the unopened items, only then was I told the store policy of NO REFUNDS, just store credit MINIS 10%!!

Very unhappy with head office
Very unhappy with head office customer service and also the store. Purchased an item and was told by customer care at head office and they said I could take it back for a refund, when got to the store they refused to refund me. I will be taking this further through to fair trade. Will not be shopping with your store again

Product was good service was bad. Did click and collect but had to line up in the normal retail line, then was given a slip to go over and line up in another collection line. Don't really see the point of click and collect if you have to wait so long.

The star rating reflects the
The star rating reflects the clock and collect experience, which has no way of being rated…. Despite more than 10 staff floating around the store it took more than 15 mins of being only second in line to actually get the clock and collect, I got that frustrated I went and picked the items off the shelf myself and was told abruptly that I’d have to continue to stand and wait due to the “system”… frustrating poor customer experience. The product itself is pretty good quality and very useable
