'Good to know' feedback
I keep injuring myself and wanted to get direct feedback as spending a fortune on physio's. It has been great seeing that I am not doing anything too badly and it does focus the mind on consistency and not overtraining. Fairly easy to set up before a run but time consuming waiting for the satellite to connect. I do find analysing the data a bit bizarre but it's probably because I am not a good enough runner to get the most out of them and have not spent enough time understanding the system. Not at all unhappy that I bought them but not as motivating as I had hoped for.

I've been running with these for 2 months now. They provided some interesting initial insights, but the software is woefully lacking. The data is aggregated, summarized and blended until it provides little useful information. Customer support (Sheri) has been quick to respond and provide helpful answers, but mostly it's wait for the next release. After a 15 mile run getting a single value for a couple of metrics is useless. There is no way to break down the run by segments, surface, incline, intervals, fatigue, etc. As others have said, until the software catches up with the hardware I would wait to purchase.

My new Nurvv inserts are just the tool I've been missing. I have been prone to some injuries and they are helping me correct my form. I am opening up my stride and already seeing big improvements!

Excellent at what it does, except it is too cumbersome
It feels like a 1st generation product, yet it has the ingredients to succeed. Incidentally I have the same type of product in my ski boots (CARV). The batteries are too large and the clipping mechanism consequently too cumbersome. As a consequenceI can only use this on 1 particular pair of shoes I do not run enough in to clock some proper training sessions. Nurvv will have to wait for the next pair on which I will fit the insoles. It is however the only device I know that can generate this kind of feedback on the fly and therefore comment appropriately, without having a coach next to you.
