I love the data NNOXX
I love the data NNOXX provides—I’m an information nerd, and seeing muscle oxygenation and nitric oxide in real time is fascinating. But the app itself needs serious improvement. It crashes if you step out of Bluetooth range (and restarting loses your data) and the “quit workout” option doesn’t work and necessitates a hard-close. Work out categories are limited—there’s no option for stair climbing, which is a glaring omission since no other workout even comes close to the unique demands of stairs. I also expected the guided workouts to actually use my live data to adapt recommendations—because if you call something a “guided workout,” it suggests guidance based on my metrics, not just a pre-scripted drill-sergeant routine telling me to push harder. I assumed that’s part of what I was paying extra for. Bottom line: the hardware and data are excellent, but the app feels buggy and inflexible. If they smooth out the software, fix crashes, and add critical categories like stair climbing—and make guided workouts truly adaptive—this could be a game-changer.

Really enjoying diving into the
Really enjoying diving into the tech and seeing how different workouts impact NO levels. Have yet to really take advantage of the AI algorithms but I think they may be useful with longer cycling sessions, I don’t know how impactful it will be with strength training though. The device itself is easy to set up and use, app is smooth and the data is presented in a clean way that is easy to interpret. In summary so far I’m impressed with the tech and data I’m getting, still exploring how it will change/alter my workouts.

I had a little bit
I had a little bit of trouble getting started, but the Support was very responsive. Turns out it was my fault. I just needed to update my iOS software and update the app and firmware. Once I did that everything is working beautifully. I’m gathering great #DATA I’m able to see what Supplements actually do affect nitric oxide production that is very critical for me as I am a 42-year-old endurance athlete so I appreciate this Device. It is helping me to get an edge in training and making sure I’m not overdoing it, which I tend to do ! I did subscribe to the HPP platform if you can afford it highly recommend the elite membership. I look forward to seeing what they do with the accelerometer chip and the GPS in future software updates!
