Multiple inquires about when the capsules will be available, multiple "we'll know in 60 to 90 days when we expect more in" - yes, after 60 to 90 days and a second ask, the exact same answer. So apparently, we're going to be in a perpetual 60 to 90 days out before we know more information loop.

I have not received my order it has been saying pre-shipment on the tracking for over a week now.

Nima capsules are a lifesaver for celiac community, but the company customer service is the worst. If you need to contact them to solve a issue with your order, forget it. You'll have to handle it by yourself. I hope they improve it in the future, because this is not up to the innovative and useful products offered by the company.
