My friend and I were in Costa Rica, about a month ago and had great experiences with this company! Both directions to and from airport, right on time and friendly service. We booked 2 tours once at Planet Hollywood resort. Right was a wonderful resource for ideas and made booking/paying a breeze. Erik in the same office, went out of his way to find 2 more people for a tour that would otherwise would have been cancelled. Most of all, we have to mention Ray. The man is a wealth of CR knowledge. He knows everything about the land, vegetation and wildlife! And does it all with passion and humour. I highly recommend asking for him for your CR excursions.

I had questions and the chat was amazing. John kindly helped with everything, I even cancelled and made the reservation again. Thanks for everything. Well, maybe a little faster would be extra.
