i did not receive my original order shipped with the post office. Newport offered to replace it with Fedex shipping at no additional charge, and i received the product just fine. Product is good and the price is certainly right.

I ordered flavored powders to make homemade coffee creamer with - for gifts. The coffee creamers were a big hit and everyone wanted to know where the "flavor" came from - since it was in powder form. I would have given five stars, but the shipping was a little slow.
