It was my first pour-over class and honestly super eye-opening. Pack is a passionate and knowledgeable professional. He walked us through the basics of coffee beans, what affects the taste, and led some fun coffee-tasting conversations. We also got to make our own pour-over, playing around with different roasting processes and types of water. It was very hands-on and practical, and I can actually use the recipe at home. Such a fun and enjoyable experience!

Pack was an amazing instructor, he got me really excited about making pourover coffee!
