My cat Mathew looks forward to his monthly hair cut and bath with Gin the Groomer. She is so gentle with him, and treats him as if he were her own. Mathew is proud of himself afterwards - he struts around the house showing off his new hair-do. Even his dog is impressed.

I received a personalized thank-you by email the following morning, then not one, but two phone calls to inquire about color preference when the color I ordered was out of stock. The best surprise was how quickly my package arrived at my East Coast rural address. My dog thinks the best surprise was the thank you gift of treats inside “her” box. Even the cat likes them!
