I get Bio-Clean for my house and vacation house which are both over 20 years old and I'd like to think that this stuff is really keeping those old septic tanks in line. It's really great stuff!

Kitchen sink was draining slow and it had been cleared earlier in the year so decided to try this method to clean the 60+ years old pipes. First treatment showed slight improvement so gave it the full five days. The water flows as it never has before and I will use it once a month. Glad I did some research and found your product. By the way, went to a local plumbing firm that sold your product, but they wanted $69.95 so I ordered it online. Thanks for the product and helpful tips.

Since I just received the product, I can’t say how it works. But the agent was helpful and so far I am satisfied. It smells nice.

Have used this for years. We ran out and didn't refill it for several months and problems came up again. Have started again and everything seems to be resolved. Pipes are 50 years old and there were no blockages while we were using this. When I ran out and ended up calling a plumber to clear the line, this is the product they put in the system.

Have been using this product for years. It's safe for the environment and cheaper to use in the long run than harhs chemicals/poisons that are used in other products. I highly recommend this product!

I can really see the difference in the shower drain with just a few ounces in the drain every week or so. We also use it in a floor drain in our basement - odor gone, water flows out quickly. It really does the job and of course great to know it's non-toxic and safe for the old pipes in our home.

I lose track of time, so am not sure how many years now that I have used Bio-Clean. I just know that we haven't had a clogged drain in all that time.

It is WORKING, things are flowing again. Definitely a GREAT item.

I've been using this product for several years & since then I haven't had to snake my drains. Prior to using this product, I was calling someone every couple of months to unclog a drain shared by the kitchen, washing machine & garage sink. The backups were ugly & annoying, not to mention, expensive. Now on the first of each month I follow the easy directions on the jar, pour the mixture down each drain at bedtime & I have the cleanest, fast-draining pipes in town!
