Excellent customer service. Not only are the quality of the dresses fantastic but the girls at naked dresses are brilliant. They are so helpful and go out of their way to communicate and help you. Nothing is too much trouble for them. I highly recommend this company.

After a lot of searching I found some gorgeous bridesmaid dresses I wanted from Portia & Scarlett but were abroad. I had my heart set on them but felt it would be too difficult trying to sort sizes / shipping. Luckily I spotted Naked dresses stocked them in the UK. Anna from customer services has been excellent throughout. She answered all my questions, helped me sort all the sizes based on my 4 bridesmaids who are all different sizes, and organised all the shipping back and forth until each girl had their perfect dress. She was so helpful, patient and made the process as easy as possible. I cannot thank her enough for the help and for helping me find the perfect bridesmaid dresses. I would highly recommend Anna and Naked dresses if your looking for something gorgeous and different.

I ordered a dress from Naked Dresses for my 30th birthday and was really impressed with both the dress, and the quality of service I received. The dress was beautifully made, and will certainly be a statement at my party! I had to pay shipping costs (as I’m from the UK) but would definitely say it’s worth it, as the product is of stunning quality (I can’t wait to wear it!) and I received notifications throughout the shipping process.

I cannot fault the service I received from Naked Dresses. I was buying bridesmaid dresses for my winter wedding - the dresses arrived, they were perfect! Excellent quality and very affordable - over the moon with them. There were a few emails exchanged back and forth, Naked Dresses were quick to respond and extremely accommodating. The most beautiful dress! It fits daughter perfectly and the quality of the material means it hangs beautifully. It took a longer time to arrive than anticipated but the communication with staff was brilliant..I cannot fault them. They were prompt in their replies and did everything they could to ensure the dress arrived in time. I would thoroughly recommend this company to anyone needing a beautiful dress!! I have a few dresses from Naked Dresses, they’re all of great quality & worth the money - i find that if you buy something from here, you won’t be wearing the same as someone else at an event, night out etc, (no panicking that someone else will turn up with the same outfit on as you!) The styles are all current - something for everyone but it’s hard not to put half the website in your basket!! Delivery is always quick & recorded delivery. & if you have any queries you can message them via Facebook & they reply very quickly - was within a few hours in my case - very helpful!!
