I purchased one of these from Amazon in the UK but the Suspension rubber is too hard. I am trying to contact TranzX to try to purchase replaceable suspension elastomers. I can't seem to get hold of anyone to help. The catalogue shows these elastomers as being changeable but someone out there must know how to get hold of them. Help!
