Haven't received my order yet. I have purchased the ReTrak Stylus before from local Kroger/Fred Meyer store, But they are no longer carrying this item in their stores so my only option was to purchase them online from Retrak.com So I bought 3 of them, Blue, Purple & Black. These Stylus pens with the cloth like tips work very well with my iPhone 11 and tablet, and last much longer than the standard rubber tips found on most other stylus pens.

Delivery was prompt and product arrived without any issues or being damaged. Great experience.

Defective. Wouldn’t retract so I had to return it right after I got it

The product is of extremely poor quality. The wire cut at the stereo jack within a couple of days of use. I have used the same product from retrak before. But at least earlier it used to last at least a year!!

Best retractable cord on the market. The quality is great and it actually works! I have bought cheaper cords and wound up throwing them away as they simply did not work.
