It is such an easy and effective way to calm my nervous system, take a moment for myself and feel rejuvenated after feeling stressed or overwhelmed. I felt the myCalm spread in my chest and the tension in my back fade away.
This site has now become my go-to for stress and focus. Also for my gut inflammation as usual! The sounds seem to quickly tune right into what I need. I feel clearer in my mind and more relaxed.
