MySleep brought up a surprising closed-chest sensation for me, which I think may be connected to unresolved trauma held in my body. I had a severe whooping-cough reaction as an infant and still experience asthma, so my chest has always been where I carry the most tension. This sound felt like it was tapping into that unhealed part of me. Instead of simply helping me fall asleep, it felt as though the sound was guiding my body into a deeper state of repair and restoration.
