Normally i order all my makeup products online as i work 5 days a week little time to go im store i have ordered from sephora, mecca and many many high end sites and this one is by far the fastest most easy to deal with the packaging was all bubble wrapped 3 times so it was secure from breakage it came in two days and also my products im in love with thank you MYQT for being so easy to deal with love shopping with you guys this is my second shopping experience and decently not the last.

I found this site by accident when I was looking for a beauty blender as it was out of stock on all the main sites I usually use and at first I wasn't 100% sure about it as I have never heard about this site but I just went ahead and put my order in as they had everything I needed and was all affordable which was a big plus 👍 I needed assistance as i accidentally ordered the wrong la girl pro hd foundation shade (makeup forever ultra hd DUPE!) so I quickly emailed them and I got a response within 5 minutes and my order was corrected straight away! I purchased the Lorac Pro Palette 2 yesterday afternoon using express shipping and received it this morning (less than 24 hours later!), wrapped in multiple layers of bubble wrap and in absolute perfect condition!!! Where to begin? I'm so very excited I stumbled across myqt.com. I have loved Lorac for years but the drama of trying to get it in Australia is such a hassle. I know that things go wrong in every company and I judge a company based on how they handle the blunder. I purchased three eyeshadow palettes which arrived the next day! Unfortunately, one had received a bit of a beating in transit. I emailed myqt and I got an email back in one hour saying they would send the replacement and pay for the return of the broken one. I received the replacement the next day too. I loved the way I got an email straight away that wasn't a generic "we will get back to you" email. I am so pleased with the stock and the customer service. I was so distressed to see the palette I was so excited about in poor condition but the speedy reply just made the experience so pleasing.
