The price is fair, shipping was nearly immediate and delivery was flawless. A great purchase! Cleaning the fountain is easy and all our pets are drinking more water.

I have not received my additional order of filters for my kitty sapphire water fountain and I believe I should be changing it. There was nothing in the package that recommended how often to change the filter?

Shipping was very fast and came right to my front door!

Fountain is great but they had no filters when I bought the fountain. Told me they would contact me when the filters became available. They didn't. When I did find they were in stock and ordered some, they were shipped via the slowest UPS mode available. I had to pay UPS $10 to upgrade them to GROUND in order to get the filters. Product is great. Customer service, not so much.
