Missing Parts
I needed an extra link when I purchased the watch so I emailed customer service they sent the link out at no charge and did it quickly however they did not send the plastic tube that most be installed in the link to keep the pin in. I was shorted the plastic tube and they are unwilling to send it to me rendering the watch useless. I would think since they did not send it in the first place they would rectify this and get it shipped out. Instead the customer service rep I have been in contact with claims I must purchase an entire link kit to get the tube that they shorted me in the first place for $12 plus the shipping. Completely un acceptable considering my wife spent $200 on a paper weight at this point.

Bad Customer Service
Unfortunately, MVMT has lost its touch. I ordered a Mother’s Day gift for my wife to a normal address and MVMT couldn’t figure out how to deliver it. They offered nothing to help other than if they got the package back they would look to do a refund. They blamed on a new platform but seems like shipping should be a simple part of business.

Terrible customer service and product
I received my watch and only the second hand on the stop watch would tick. Could not get anything else on the watch to function properly. I contacted customer service and a week later they tell me to try a reset. I try this and it still doesn't work. I then wait for weeks to get no response after I sent multiple follow up emails. All in all their watches do not work and neither does their customer service. HUGE waste of time and money! I still haven't gotten my money back for this watch.

The glass is NOT strach resistant
I loved the look of the watch, but the glass scratched after just a few times wearing it. I see my husband leave his watches in drawers unprotected for years, while I keep mine in the original boxes. And his are pristine. What's the use of a watch if you can't see the time through your poor quality scratched glass?

Hate to write a bad Review !
This is a must -wore watch maybe three times and it broke. Customer Service advised they couldn’t help and didn’t fall under my warranty because it fell off my arm. No happy, I have numerous other items and very very disappointed!

Awful customer service and bad product
I ordered a watch for Father’s Day and it came damaged with what looked like gravel in the box that scratched up the screen and strap. When I asked for this to be resolved, they did not offer delivery in time for Father’s Day. I asked to return it and they only provided a DHL print at home option, and upon saying I didn’t have a printer I was advised to just pay to print at a local shop. I’ve had to waste money at the printer and petrol to return the watch, and received absolutely no empathy from customer service. I will not be purchasing anything again and would advise anyone considering getting this as a gift to avoid too.

I was replacing it myself, something I’ve done with many watches, and when putting the watch back back on, all the tick marks representing the hours fell off. Clearly it was very cheaply made. When I contacted customer service, they said that wasn’t covered under warranty (so I’m not sure what is) and that I should go to a jeweler to get the battery changed. Awful customer service and a cheap product.

Absolutely horrible experience.
I ordered a watch for myself for Mother’s Day. I’m a repeat customer but the company has changed with their quality and customer service. My watch came broken. It wasn’t cracked or anything. But it wasn’t ticking. It was an obvious that it was a manufacturing error. Mistakes happen. Sending it back was pretty simple but come to find out that they make you pay for your original shipping regardless if they send you a broke watch. For Mother’s Day I received a broken watch and lost money. And because I didn’t video tape the hands not ticking, even though it’s sitting broken in their hands right now, they will not reimburse the full amount. So disappointing movement. I used to love your company.
