I use the relief cream, deep relief muscle balm, tincture, and muscle and joint support capsules,. I love them all. I use the relief cream at night on a foot I had surgery on. I use the deep relief muscle balm when I overdo it and my legs and shoulder hurts. I use the tincture everyday to help me relax at night so I can sleep, and the capsules daily. I've used their product for a while now and don't know what I would do if I didn't have them.
