I ordered for the first time and was VERY disappointed in the lack of communication. I placed an order on April 23, it is now May 7. Multiple phone calls and daily emails after several days of waiting for our shipping notification were never responded to. Every phone call went to a voice mail. The shop app is worthless as it has said "waiting for details from seller" the entire time. My credit card was charged on April 23, for the proper amount ($199. 99). Now, I have to go through the process to dispute my credit card charge. I had high hopes for this company based on reviews and product. I most likely would have ordered every month, but now I am left scampering to find my order I would not recommend this company to ANYONE.

6 months ago something funky was lurking in my aviary. My baby cockatiels we're not thriving and not behaving right. A friend an avian vet assistant said it was mites of some sort she recommended ivermectin so I called Morning bird and they rushed out a bottle of Iverlux I ordered on Wednesday afternoon and had it that Friday morning I immediately treated everyone and noticed improvement the next morning and very quickly my problem was resolved everyone is back to normal now no more cooties. I had many sick birds and needed meds fast. I ordered from another site on November 23, 2021 and still have not received my order. So, I decided to order from Morning Bird on Monday December 6, 2021. They did not disapoint! I received my full order on Wednesday December 8, 2021. Thank you Morning Bird for fast Delivery!
