Wonderful customer service! Great experience dealing with their team on an issue with a return.

I recently purchased several items in store for an event I was planning on attending in several weeks. However, my plans changed and would no longer be attending the event therefor no longer needed the swim suit. So when I went to return those items just 6 days later, I came to find out that returns are not warranted for items purchased in-store. They only allow returns for online items. Which makes zero sense in my opinion. At no point during my checkout process was I informed of this return policy. The only thing this policy and customer service did is ensure I will not be a returning customer.

I do yoga next door and always walk by and every time I come in everyone has been extremely friendly and kind and the swim suits are so beautiful!! Tiana was incredible and I’m coming back again! Love it here!
