An initial understanding over the order and the delivery led me to express dissatisfaction. However, once I was able to contact the customer relations team the situation was clarified and I received the goods as ordered. The confusion arose because the website and invoice did not make it clear to me that I had ordered a bundle of products and that items would be delivered separately. Customer relations team were very quick to respond to my concern and I am now a satisfied customer!.

Quello che ho visitato più volte è un sito ben curato, sempre molto aggiornato, in cui chiunque, anche uno poco pratico con il computer come il sottoscritto, può accedere facilmente alle aree e ai prodotti d'interesse. Ecco perché il mio giudizio non può che essere molto positivo. Rivolgo di conseguenza i miei complimenti al suo amministratore.

First time I placed an order for a printer,unfortunately the product wasn't available anymore and they asked me if I wanted a discount code or a full refund. Refunded me immediately (but it takes 2-3 working days to receive money back) then I chose an AMD graphic card and everything's good now... I just recommend to be sure that the products are in stock before purchase, maybe they have many orders to be treated at one time,daily.

Devo dire che mi sono trovato molto bene qui e tra le altre cose avevo comprato una macchina da caffè della Saeco e solo quella volta mi è capitato che sul retro ci fosse una specie di lesione, forse dovuta alla spedizione. Ho segnalato prontamente il problema ed un corriere è venuto gratuitamente a prelevare il prodotto che in tempi brevi è stato sostituito regolarmente. Sono stato accolto in modo cortese sia via chat sia tramite email...tutte le informazioni vengono aggiornate via email. Grazie!
