I’ve been taking WORK for about 2 months now and LOVE it. My recommendation is to start by taking one in the morning and if you feel like another take it around lunch time. In my experience you have to stay hydrated (aka drink water!!) because caffeine dehydrates you a little- just like coffee. I Don’t foresee a time I will stop taking these - so happy I found them!
